Easy to reproduce.

1. Get to a full console, like a download or right before the first demo starts.
2. Alt-tab away from Odamex.  Note that it stays full-height.
3. Alt-tab back to Odamex.  Note that it switches to half-height and shows nothing in the lower part of the screen.
