I could probably make a Win32 C++ Launcher, once the executable is released!!

There is a cross platform launcher that's part of the project but you're more than welcome to start it at any time really.  The launcher protocol is available (http://odamex.net/wiki/Launcher_Protocol) and you're more than welcome to communicate with the master(s).
