What The?

You think next port which will use the code should say 'thanks odamex and russellrice'?

Be respectful.

Why you think these bugs are the same?

'My' bug affects only midi, not a sound.

Well according to your unedited post, prboom+ doesn't have this bug. So I went and checked its changelog, which has the exact same thing in it (http://prboom-plus.sourceforge.net/history.html), and attributes the cause to a buggy SDL_mixer.

2+2.

*shrug*

I came off sounding like a bit of an asshole there. Just saying, why is everyone doing this instead of just fixing the actual problem?

I apologize for the lack of mention, I'll get on to that right away.

It fixed a bug in an older SDL_mixer version.

On another note, Simon had some ipv6 code for SDL_net that was never incorporated, bit of a shame really.

Does anyone here actually have a v6 internet connection? I couldn't even get it to work on a LAN... :/

you can use a tunnel broker like freenet6, which makes it relatively seamless to set it up
