A major milestone has been hit in the wx Launcher development process. I don't know how regularly you guys check the wiki, but the Launcher now officially runs on all three major platforms natively. Screenshots of this latest breakthrough can be seen here:

Hats off to our development team for making this happen.

Congratulations are in order!

Looks pretty cool.
Need any beta testers?
-
I believe the beta testing signups are over already
-
Where's the link to the download?

New packages will be coming soon, but for now you can always check out a copy of the svn repository and build it yourself. You'll need wxWidgets 2.8 or newer to compile it.

Ok, thanks...I'm a bit of a slacker when it comes to things like this, so I want to see if we can fix the problem I'm having with the Mac launcher not launching first before I go about downloading SDL.

I've just compiled it with wx 2.6.3.3 :P

Its been changed back to 2.6.3 for compatibility reasons.
Alot of platforms (like linux and bsd for example) still use 2.6.3 it seems.

That's entirely dependent on the distribution, but I guess its a nice feature :)
