While moving the "Configure Settings" window, the user will be unable to return from the moving behavior. This can be caused by moving the window from the center and to either border. I'm unsure but I would guess it is attributed to the cursor exceeding the border of the title bar for a moment.

This is actually a bug in Agar that occurs on all platforms when using a single-window display driver (sdlgl, sdlfb). The issue occurs when the mouse leaves the display area while dragging a window. So this issue is not restricted to the settings window only. Thanks for the report.
