If you enable 60hz, you can clearly see the mouse/movement being quite jittery as you are running and turning at the same time.  You can compare this to turning while stationary, and turning while moving forward.  Easily noticeable.  It also happens when you are at 35hz, just less noticeable since you aren't seeing as many frames.

Instance of Jitter

Horseboy (Stall) showed everyone this section of this map where jitter occurs most noticeably on FPS rates > 35. I first move around to show how smooth the FPS rate is and then as I turn at different angles, the jitter appears. I try to duplicate the jitter by moving my mouse at one point to no avail. I made this demo with 60 FPS.

A little additional information:
11:00 <Stallion> I don't know if you have this resolved or not
11:00 <Stallion> but this bug ﷒011:00 <Stallion> only occurs on high resolutions
11:01 <Stallion> I lowered it to 1280x720 and the jittering didn't occur at all.
