"Chase" command is choppy with any FPS cap above 35
The "chase" command's point-of-view becomes really choppy if the client has a framerate cap set to values above 35 (preset values 60, 70, 120 and unlimited were tested).
Simply put, interpolation isn't happening with the chase cam, which uses a slightly different path than the main camera.
