Add unlagged functionality to monsters
In competitive gamemodes, Odamex applies an unlagged feature to all hitscan weapons, giving high ping players a fair chance at hitting opponents properly with them. In cooperative gamemodes, this may not be as essential of a mechanic to give players, as most Doom monsters are slow and wouldn't dodge shots very well anyway, but specific cases like the Pinky Demon with sv_fastmonsters enabled could still be incredibly difficult to land shots on, if you have a ping of over 200, for instance. To that end, monsters should also be included in the unlagged algorithm, for the sake of standardisation and a smoother coop experience.
