Respawn support for Powerups
Apparently, sv_itemsrespawn doesn't support the respawning of the Partial invisibility and the Invulnerability spheres. Without it, playing some cooperative maps are less... Enjoyable.
Making a new CVAR (sv_itemrespawnpowerups) could fix the issue of it in AActor::Destroy() .

For a quick update, I changed back the CVAR name. It's now the same as the other ports, i.e. sv_respawnsuper .
