Infinite freeze while an audio source is added/removed
If you plug in/out another audio source while Odamex is running, the audio subsystem seems to bug, and act weirdly. Most of the time, it triggers no music anymore. If you try restarting the audio source (snd_restart), or start another map, the game FREEZES. It doesn't trigger an exception or crash, so you can't trace it effectively. Reported by JKist3, and confirmed by myself.
