Slow Moving Platform Sound Effects Don't Play In Certain Cases
Sometimes sound effects for certain slow lifts fail to play properly in Odamex. The best example is map11 when you raise the platform to the red key island in the middle of the map. In vanilla Doom 2 you will hear the platform raising as you start to approach it. In Odamex you never hear the platform raise sound effects, only the sound effect when the platform finishes raising.

Update works as intended with co_zdoomsound 1, but it needs to work like vanilla when zdoomsound is not on. The bug also only occurs online, works as intended offline.
