I managed to hear the icon of sin deathsound whenever I load a savegame.

Steps to reproduce: 
1) Get this wad: https://www.dropbox.com/s/yar6s0x12zhwk7o/180mpv_RC1.zip?dl=
2) wad 180mpv_rc1.wad
3) map map11
4) Save
5) Load the save

You can then hear the icon of sin dying every time you load the save. Of course, it's only a sound, as you still need to kill him.

I have not found any other PWAD doing the same issue though.
