Has been talked about, many people agree would be nice. There have been voices against, mainly because of poor implementation in other ports. Also solves the cross-platformness of launcher.

There's certainly need for a GUI launcher external from the application, but an in game server browser would be nice!

I am all for this idea if it utilizes SDL's ability to use the mouse and such. It would certainly feel much cleaner than a horrible launcher made from doom's native GUI.
