modified Makefile to allow OpenPandora compilation

Seeing as I can't commit to the SVN at the moment, I've instead uploaded a modified Makefile to allow compiling on the OpenPandora natively or through a OpenPandora toolchain such as http://www.gp32x.com/board/index.php?/topic/58490-yactfeau/. As a result, I have changed all instances of $(CC) to $(CXX), removed the enforced CC definition and changed LD to be defined by $(CXX) in order to allow the toolchain to recognize the Angstrom-optimised GCC.

This can potentially be used to compile on Android phones as well, though without touchscreen input in Odamex or having a built-in/bluetooth keyboard it's pretty much useless for now, hence why only the OpenPandora has been considered in this patch.
