Currently there is no way, how to install Odamex by make install and specially DESTDIR* standard. Only what I can choose when compiling Odamex is build type and which components I want to compile. Cmake by the way support DESTDIR**

I want push Odamex in to Fedora repository, but right now I can in SPEC file install binaries only by manual approach and it's not the best way. So make install and DESTDIR support would be great.

As far as I know, Odamex does not adhere to the Unix Filesystem hierarchy standard (i.e. it will not behave when split up between bin/, share/, and so on. Will this be a problem for inclusion in Fedora?

If you mean problem about odamex binary and odamex.wad in separate folders, I hope, this is not a problem, because odamex.desktop in src/installer/arch (which I use in SPEC file) and line Exec=odamex -waddir /usr/share/doom
