I just got my ass home so I could play the alpha release..

I played up to 50 frags on some unnamed Map01 server. While there's obviously lots of work to be done, it's great to see how stable it really is and I had genuinely fun playing it.

I'm really looking forward to the future of Odamex. :)

Thanks! It's great to hear that despite obvious bugs being present, people can still enjoy a game of Doom and appreciate the effort we've done to get this out for you guys to play/test/what say you.

Yeah, I've found it nice and stable when I just tried it.

Plan to be running a couple of Odamex servers at DoomedEarth sometime soon.

I would have to agree. While coop was pretty buggy (people looked like they were running in place and doors appearing to not open when they were) it was fun to play.
