if not sure what voicechatter is think as of it as ventrilo or teamspeak but open source and free
VoiceChatter is a free, cross-platform voice communication (chat) application. It was designed with gaming in mind, but can be used for many other purposes.

been hosting it over 2 years now on a 10mb fiber
heres the info for the server i already setup a room for DM,COOP,CTF matches
ip:12.176.15.150 port 7878

java is the other issue but you never know love to know C,C++,java

but do know odamex works on arm v6
not sure about arm v7 cortex like tegra 2 but i say it will work fine
but mips cpu is other story i need find router
and developer library so can compile it

easy 10mins to compile but am not a coder pogo plug runs really low watts so it don't use much power right now i have 30gb HDD now for OS and file system and a swap file give some more ram server run great no lag far as i know
