General Discussion / Any chance to see Odamex on Steam?
« on: March 20, 2014, 18:34:41 »
I was browsing Steam forums this week, then I found this thread, which made me think...
If id software uses dosbox to make their game work on Windows (which is already giving issues on Windows 8 due to bad dosbox configuration), would I be dreaming too much if a request to bundle Odamex in the package, get accepted? Really, I don't see any legal issue that would prevent them from doing so. Also, considering that adding Odamex to the package would be a pretty straight forward process.
It would be interesting if they could keep Odamex updated there. I believe this would bring new players too.
Any thoughts? Or even actions?
