About:The Nexus is a sub community on Doom to revive competitive gaming on most of the source ports that are made on Doom. We endorse playing gamemodes that are fun and produce a gameplay value like Deathmatch, Capture the Flag, Last Man Standing etc and we also play some Skulltag specifics like Team Possession and The Skulltag gamemode.
Soon we'll be hosting servers events (public and exclusive) and tournaments (which are exclusive). There is also a yearly competition involved for those who are with The Nexus which contains a prize pool.
Our Goal is to revive competition on the ports we play. More information on our website. We do not scrim/war since this is not one of our purposes.
We also encourage modders to join as there will be fun events and such for you to show off your skills!
