After you have logged in using the rcon_password command, use rcon before a command to specify it as a server command.

Italic textEx. If you wanted to tell the server to change to map02 in a wad you would type Bold textrcon map map02Bold text in console. Remember to make sure you have logged in using the rcon_password command.
